NOTE: This version can run along side Attribute Ripper v2.x. It will be
installed to it's own directory by default.

What's new in version 3.0.2

1. Attribute Ripper can retreive attributed block information from:
	* Model space AND/OR Paper space (Previous version options
were either model space OR papaer space)
	* Multiple layouts
	* Different named blocks with same tag names
	* Different named blocks with different tag names

2. Improved interface for making re-usable template files for exporting
the same information again and again. All tags associated with a specific
block can be selected by block name or all blocks can be selected at once
when building a template file. Individual tags that are not needed can be
removed from the list one at a time.

3. Corrected a problem where in some cases, header information and tag values
could be extracted "out-of-sync" when exporting to a .csv file to be used
   with Excel.

4. If you are currently running v2.x and decide to un-install it, remove any
"File Templates" from the \Files directory as they can be used in version
3.0.2 Previous "Attribute Template" files are no longer compatible with this version.

Attribute Ripper is an excellent tool for
	* Creating and maintaining a drawing file index log using
the information in your attributed title blocks
	* Creating a searchable database of title block information
	  for non AutoCAD users.
	* Exporting the data to create reports of bill-of-
materials using Access or Excel as a report writing tool
	* Exporting Attributed data to any program that can import
	  a .csv or .mdb file.
	* Extracting data from office furnishings, computer equipment,
or heavy machinery in a Facilities Managemnet type role.
