Jimmy T.H. Tan (jimmytan@yeos.com.my) is the MIS Manager of Yeo Hiap Seng (Malaysia) Berhad, the second largest food and beverages company in Malaysia. He has been with the company for eleven years, beginning his career as a programmer and rising through the ranks to his present position. He is in charge of the wellbeing of 300-odd Palmtops which are standard equipment to the company's sales force.
