Exabyte 4-Pin Diagnostic Cable The Exabyte 8200, 8500, 8500c, and some 8505 and 8205 drives have a 4-pin monitor port on the rear panel of the drive. To perform various serial functions on the drive, the 4-pin Diagnostic Cable will need to be connected. When used with the CTSMON utility, the Diagnostic Cable can very useful for documenting integration problems as well as configuring the "8500" family of 8mm products.
