- added faux sleep (after 30 seconds in menu without input screen off, volume muted, any button wakes)

known issues
- battery hud is only capable of reporting 5 steps and they don't deplete at a consistent rate
- when autoresuming a quicksave it takes about 30 seconds for performance to level out
- mednafen_supafaust does not work for some reason
