              The North American B-25H Mitchell

The B-25H represented a step in cooperation between industry
and the actual users of the bomber. The crew was increased
back to 5 (there were 4 in the B-25G) and the B-25H had a
new, improved 75mm cannon, the T13E1. This was mounted
slightly off-center in the nose and had 21 rounds of ammo.
It also had 4 .50 caliber MGs in the nose (400 rounds per
gun) and two more on each side of the nose in "blister paks"
for a total of 8 x .50 cals firing forward and one cannon.
Some later modifications brought the .50 cal total up to 14
<!>.

The plane also had a top turret, a tail turret, and two side
gunners. An even 1,000 were built, with 248 going to the
Navy.

To use the B-25H:

1. Replace the p38.int file in the SWOTL\CP subdirectory with
the special one enclosed. It has some changes in it that
allow this plane to use the interior of the B17; however,
it does not harm in any way the normal operations of the
P38. The normal P38s will be unaware of the change.

2. Copy the files DO17.PAC and DO17S.PAC into the \SWOTL\AC
   subdirectory.

2. Make a backup copy of the following files:
   P38H.SPC
   BAMERSTR.PAC
You must call the backup files "P38H.ORI" and
"BAMERSTR.ORI" in order for the enclosed batch files to
   work.
  * Notice if you already own a module such as AFRIKA or
RUSSIA, this step has already been done.*

3. Place the file B25H.EXP in the SWOTL\AC subdirectory, and
the file BAMERSTR.B25 in the SWOTL\FE subdir. Put the two
batch files whereever you keep batch files, as long as
you have a path to them when it comes time to use them.

4. To activate the B25H, type "B25H" from the DOS prompt. To
restore everything to normal, type "NOB25H". That's all
   there is to it.
