Epox' MVP3G2 succeeds the slightly earlier MVP3G-M. It has 1 MB of L2 cache onboard, although 512 KB and 2 MB options are also available. Only one of the PCI slots can support a full-length card, as the other four are blocked by the front panel connector or the poorly placed floppy connector. The ISA slots can both accept full-length cards.

The FSB speed range is from 66 MHz up to 133 MHz. CPU voltage selections range from 1.8V up to 3.2V in 0.1V increments. CPU multiplier selections range from 1.5x up to 5.5x.

Supports AMD K6-2+ and K6-III+ CPUs from BIOS version VP3C0C21 and newer.
