About This DownloadDESCRIPTION: CTS Monitor allows you to
load drive firmware, perform diagnostic dumps, and set drive
configuration options (except for the EXB-8200 and EXB-8200SX). All
functions are performed via a serial connection with the drive.
Self-extracting file.
REQUIREMENTS: An IBM-compatible computer with a serial port, running
DOS or a DOS-window. If the tape drive is an external table-top model
or if it is in an Exabyte library, you will need a straight-through
DB9-male to DB9-female serial cable. If the tape drive is an internal
model, you will need an Exabyte Diagnostic cable (also known as a
Monitor cable) to connect to the Monitor port on the rear panel of the
drive.
