TITLE:  Advantage! 7000/9000 CardScan Error
 
 
SUMMARY 
 
   When the Lite-On scanner is not properly connected, and the 
   CardScan software version 2.22 is executed, the system generates 
   the following error message: 
   
      "Could not complete the 'scan' command because 
       CardScan SE has detected an internal error: 
       ScanInternalError. Contact Technical Support 
       with this information".
   
   This issue affects the following systems: 503083 and 503152.    
 
 
NOTES 
 
   When the scanner is not properly connected, and the CardScan 
   software is executed, the system generates the following error 
   message:
