    ENHANCEMENTS:

     - Enhanced performance.

     - Added support for expanded memory managers (QEMM, EMM386, etc.) for
       creating Upper Memory Blocks (UMBs) in the B000-B7FF memory region.

     - Added video drivers that support 32K colors in 640x480 and 800x600
       modes, and also supports applications that cannot use more than 4096
       colors, such as PageMaker 4.0. (PR#C06037)
