                       MANHATTAN SMP EMPIRE SCO UNIX/ODT BTLD

This is the first release of the Empire (DAC960) BTLD software for SCO UNIX
and ODT.  It replaces release 1.10 (part number 910727-314).  Release 1.10 was
inadvertantly released and it was Mylex-specific.  This release has been
replaced by release 1.02 because it is AST-specific.  The current release of
this software is located in the Manhattan SMP section of AST's BBS and is
titled "SMP9.EXE".
AST's BBS can be reached by dialing the following telephone number: 
(817) 230-6850.  AST's BBS supports modem speeds up to 28.8k bps.

Note:  This diskette is part of a set and mates with diskette part number
910727-034 (SMP10.EXE on AST's BBS).
