Fixed the problem that was causing the APM call to get the video status (function 0Ch) to hang the system. Fixed the problem that was causing the system to hang if the shadow memory test fails. Fixed IDE Mode 3 timing which effects CD-ROM drives. Fixed disk mode changes between 16-bit and 32-bit which were not working correctly when using the "SETIDE" program.
