   Changed the default for the secondary IDE interface from Auto to 
   Disabled.

   Previous releases contained the following resolutions and 
   enhancements:
   
   Implemented video BIOS version 1.03-06-C2-01-02,618.
   
   Disabled pallet snooping by default and added a Setup option to 
   support pallet snooping.
