   Version 3.90 contains the following issue resolution:
   
   This BIOS release resolved the issue where EISA devices with 
   embedded BIOS, such as SCSI controllers, were unable to take 
   control of the system in order to initialize the
   EISA device. As a result, the device was not able to function 
   because the embedded BIOS could not load.
