   AST highly recommends a backup of all data not originally on the 
   computer before performing any software update.
                        
   AST has provided a diskette labeled "Ascentia A+ Hard Disk 
   Restore." Use of this diskette along with the Ascentia System 
   Restore and Device CD-ROM will return the software configuration 
   to its original state.  
                       
   Using this method to correct software issues is suggested as a 
   last choice.  Use of this utility will result in the loss of ALL 
   data not originally on the computer.  Please make a backup of any 
   desired data before using this utility.
