                    BRAVO LC 486/33 WITH NE2000 NIC CARD


PROBLEM:       When running Novell 3.11 while attached via a NE2000 network
               adapter the following problems may occur:

               Loss of Network connection
               The system will hang
               Corrupt data appears

AFFECTED
SYSTEMS:       All systems that utilize the Chips and Technologies chip set
               and the VLSI chip set.

CAUSE:         Incompatibility with Chips and Technologies and VLSI chip
               sets.

SOLUTION:      If your computer uses the Chips and Technologies or the VLSI
               chip set, remove the jumper at location W16 on the NE2000
               network adapter.
