               AST PENEXEC SYSTEM AND DIAGNOSTIC/UTILITY DISK


PROBLEM:       When executing the TEST.EXE program on the PenExec, the system
               shows incorrect results.  The program may also change the
               system configuration without notifying the end-users.  This
               program can be found on the "PenExec Utilities diskette".

AFFECTED
SYTEMS:        PenExec Systems.

CAUSE:         The software functions incorrectly.

SOLUTION:      End-users should use the Padmenu program from the Utilities
               disk to verify the system configuration on the PenExec system.
