          BRAVO NB/ADVANTAGE EX VGASETUP UTILITY & MICROSOFT SHARE


PROBLEM:       System lock ups occur when running the VGASETUP program
               included with AST BRAVO NB and ADVANTAGE EX systems and the
               Microsoft SHARE Program is loaded.

CAUSE:         The VGASETUP program is not compatible with the Microsoft
               SHARE program.

SYSTEMS
AFFECTED:      Bravo NB and Advantage EX systems.

SOLUTION:      The VGASETUP program is an installation program that installs
               the selected video drivers into the CONFIG.SYS file and copies
               those drivers to the hard disk.  To avoid system lock-up,
               remove the SHARE program before running VGASETUP.  After
               running VGASETUP, the SHARE program can be reloaded and the
               system will function normally.
