               PREMMIA AND ONE-WRITE PLUS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE


PROBLEM:       The Premmia improperly displays characters on the screen in
               standard text mode while running One-Write Plus Accounting
               software Version 3.0.

CAUSE:         This display corruption is caused by the ATI Mach 32 Revision
               3 Video Chip used on the Premmia 8-layer system board.

SYSTEMS
AFFECTED:      All Premmia systems with 202514-XXX system boards.

SOLUTION:      Replace the Premmia 202514-XXX 8-layer system board with a
               Premmia 202557-XXX 6-layer system board which uses the ATI
               Mach 32 Revision 6 Video Chip.  Revision 6 of this ATI video
               chip does not have the same display corruption as in the
               previous version.

               Reference FCN#0102 on the proper way of replacing the Premmia
               system board.
