                          PREMMIA LX ADAPTER ERRORS


PROBLEM:       When UB diagnostics are run you will receive error 02 if the
               shadow is disabled.  You will receive error FF if the shadow
               is enabled for the range of the adapter.

CAUSE:         The system (adapter) is not configured properly or is not
               installed.  Possible HW problem on card.

SYSTEMS
AFFECTED:      PREMMIA LX.

SOLUTION:      Enter the advanced CMOS setup and disable the cache.
