                  BRAVO NB RC AND ASCENTIA 700N CARD AND SOCKET SERVICES


PROBLEM:        When the CARDVIEW icon is selected in the Bravo NB and
                Ascentia 700N systems, an error message appears, indicating
                that the file SSWINCS.DLL is incorrect.

CAUSE:          The SSWINCS.DLL file is incorrect.  The CARDVIEW program
                under windows can not be executed.

SOLUTION:       1. Create a backup disk using ASTDU.
                2. Place the floppy diskette in drive A and type A:<Enter>.
                3. At the A prompt type SETUP and press <Enter>.
                4. Answer the questions to install CARDVIEW.

                The system will now work correctly.
