                          PREMMIA AND TGRAF SOFTWARE


PROBLEM:        When attempting to run the DOS-based TGRAF program on a
                Premmia system, with 2MB of video RAM, the application returns
                an error saying there is not enough video RAM to support the
                operation in the normal 8-bit plane mode.

CAUSE:          ATI Technologies, Inc. HDILOAD.EXE driver, version 2.2 or
                lower, is not compatible with the TGRAF program.

                (905) 882-2626 and ask for HDILOAD.EXE, version 2.3 or higher.
