               D-LINK POCKET LAN ADAPTER POWEREXEC PORT REPLICATOR


PROBLEM:        With D-Link DE 620 Pocket LAN Ethernet adapter connected to the
                PowerExec Dock Box parallel port, D-Link diagnostics fails the
                Register Test and reports the wrong type of parallel port:
                unidirectional instead of bi-directional or EPP.

CAUSE:          Incompatibility between the D-Link Ethernet adapter and the Easy
                Port parallel port on the PowerExec Dock Box. There are
                insufficient delays between the I/O accesses to the parallel
                port mode registers.
