                  BRAVO LP LOCKS UP WITH INTEL TOKEN EXPRESS CARD


PROBLEM:        When using the Token Express card, the Bravo LP system
                periodically hangs while loading NEXT.EXE and logging into the
                server. The system also hangs if the Token Express drivers,
                version 1.1, are loaded while running Setup.

CAUSE:          The Token Express card, part number 308314-002, has a timing
                problem causing missing interrupts.

SOLUTION:       1. Replace the Intel Token Express card, part number
                   308314-002, with Intel part number 308314-003.  This new
                   card includes Tokenset software, verison 1.3.  For further
                   assistance call Intel's Product support at (503) 629-7000.

                2. For more reliable performance with the new Intel Token
                   Express card, upgrade the Novell NetWare software from
                   version 3.11 to version 3.12.  For further information call
