As a result, the fuse may fail causing the Mylex controller to malfunction. CAUSE: Non-resettable fuse. The Mylex adapter boards (part numbers 202523-001, revision 05 or higher, and 202523-003, revision 03 or higher) have a resettable fuse. If the resettable fuse is triggered, it is reset by powering the system off and on.
