                      ASCENTIA 900N, 800N AND WYSE MONITOR


PROBLEM:        The video appears to roll and is out of sync on the Ascentia
                900N and 800N systems using a WYSE WY-157ODES monitor
                (P/N 901703-XX).

CAUSE:          The video signal is less than 3.15 volts.

SOLUTION:       WYSE will provide instructions to remove two resistors (one on
                the main board, one on the video board) that affect the video
                buffer circuit on the monitor.
                Contact the WYSE Customer Service Center at (800) 800-WYSE and
                reference Field Engineering Bulletin (FEB) # 0446.  This FEB
                qualifies as a valid in-warranty claim.
