                 AST SYSTEMS USING COLORGRAPHICS PCI VIDEO ADAPTER


PROBLEM:        Some AST systems do not cold boot into dual monitor mode with
                the Colorgraphics Pro Lightning PCI video adapter card
                installed.

CAUSE:          The Colorgraphics PCI video BIOS v2.00C was not detected
                completely.

SOLUTION:       Update the Colorgraphics PCI video adapter BIOS to version
                2.00-001 Revision G.
