                        ASCENTIA 810N MSD AND FLOPPY DRIVE


             This is an informational bulletin.

             When the removable floppy drive is removed from the Ascentia 810N
             and the Microsoft MSD program is run, the system reports that two
             floppy drives are present.

             This is a limitation of the MSD software.  The Ascentia 810N is
             operating as designed.
