                               POWERSTATION II PS2 FAN


             This is an informational bulletin.

             The Delta power supply (DBS-110KB) used in some PowerStation II
             units has a built in RC timer which keeps the fan running about
             three more minutes after the notebook is removed from the docking
             station or the system is powered-down.

             If the notebook has been ON for a short period of time, there will
             be no delay in turning the fan off.  The fan also stays ON during
             battery charging, even if the notebook is powered-off.

             All these are safeguards to avoid temperature build up inside the
             power supply.
