TITLE:  Ascentia 900N and Suspend Mode
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   The Ascentia 900N will not go into Suspend mode when attached to 
   a port replicator (EasyPort I, II) or docking station 
   (PowerStation I, II). This issue affects the following systems: 
   501299, 501300, 501302, and 501304.

ACTION 
 
   This is a design characteristic of the Ascentia 900N.  The 
   fundamental assumption was that the notebook would be getting its 
   power from an AC adapter for the port replicator or from the 
   docking station power supply, thus there would be no need for 
   this power management feature.
