				   BRAVO LC 4-66D OS/2 AND NETX.EXE


PROBLEM
When entering a DOS private session under OS/2 2.1 and executing NETX to 
access the file server, the Bravo LC system hangs.

CAUSE
The OS/2 2.1 CSD (Corrective Service Diskette) level is at 1020.

SOLUTION
Install the OS/2 Service Pack which brings the CSD level to 6200.  To do this, 
follow the steps below:

1. Access CompuServe.
2. Type "Go OS2SERVICE".
3. Select the Service Pack (3.5" or 5.25") required and download all the 
   diskettes in that section.
4. Install the diskettes over the current OS/2 installation.
5. Reboot the system.
