		 FLASH UPDATE FOR AT&T KIT MODEM FAILS ON ASCENTIA 900N


PROBLEM
Unable to perform firmware flash update of AT&T Paradyne's Keep-In-Touch (KIT) 
modem when installed in the Ascentia 900N system.

CAUSE
The AT&T KIT firmware update files are incompatible with the Ascentia 900N 
system.

SOLUTION
Obtain  the current KIT utilities (rev 2.41) and firmware update files 
(1.78.1) from the AT&T Paradyne BBS by calling 1-813-532-5254 and downloading 
the file FEB22_95.EXE.
