				ASCENTIA 900N DISPLAYS WRONG BIOS MESSAGE


PROBLEM

When attached to a PowerStation I, II, or III, and following a warm boot, 
the Ascentia 900N 4/75 incorrectly reports a 4/50 configuration via a BIOS 
message. 


CAUSE

The system is using an older revision of the Ascentia 900N BIOS.  The current 
revision (2.02) corrects this issue.

SOLUTION

Obtain the latest Ascentia 900N BIOS (rev 2.02) from AST's On-line! BBS.  
File 528316.EXE can be found on AST's BBS (817) 230-6850, in the "Systems"
