				  LOADING PERCEPTA ON NETWARE 3.11


PROBLEM

When running Novell Netware 3.11 and loading the ASTSYS.NLM module 
for Percepta, various "Loader cannot find public symbol" error messages are 
displayed.  The ASTSYS.NLM module and subsequent Percepta modules 
will not load.


CAUSE

Netware 3.11 is using a version of the SNMP.NLM module prior to 2.1.

SOLUTION

Version 2.1 of the SNMP.NLM module is required for all of Percepta's 
modules to load properly.  Download the self extracting file "TCP188.EXE 
from Novell's forum on Compuserve (Go NOVLIB). Extract this file and 
follow the installation instructions given in INSTALL.TXT.
