				ERROR LOADING AST MULTIMEDIA EXPERIENCE 


PROBLEM

When using a CD other than the AST Multimedia Experience CD in the 
drive, a "Path Not Found" error message may be displayed when the icon is 
chosen in the Reference View of AST Works Desktop.  A System Error is 
displayed if the user has no CD in the drive.  The message does not indicate 
the reason for the error.  


CAUSE

Incorrectly mastered software load.  The program is calling from the CD 
rather than the hard drive.

SOLUTION

The hard drive installation was designed to call the program from the CD 
rather than from the hard drive.  The user should leave the AST Multimedia 
Experience CD in the drive when clicking on the icon.  The user should leave 
the AST Multimedia Experience CD in the drive the entire time they are in 
the application.
