BRAVO MS 4-100T MOUSE CURSOR FREEZING OR DISAPPEARING INTERMITTENTLY

PROBLEM

The Bravo MS 4-100T system mouse cursor may freeze or disappear 
intermittently. 

CAUSE

A contact static discharge of 2-3 Kv from the mouse can cause the mouse to 
freeze or disappear.

SOLUTION

Replace the mouse P/N 230852-001 (Microsoft model numbers 52695 and 52694) 
with P/N 230852-001 (Microsoft model number 68627).  The mouse model number 
is located on the bottom side of the mouse.  To order the new part number

Note: A serial mouse functions without any difficulties.
