SLOW VIDEO REFRESH ON PENTIUM BASED SYSTEMS


PROBLEM

Pentium based systems will experience slow video screen refresh when using 
the Saber Menu software, versions 3.1 and 4.1.  


CAUSE

The Saber software programs, versions 3.1 and 4.1 are not fully compatible 
with Pentium-based platforms.

All Pentium based platforms.


SOLUTION

One solution is to add a "-Z" switch to one of the three batch files, 
SABER.BAT, MENU.BAT, and LOADMENU.BAT that launch the Saber Menu to disable 
video zooming.  To do this, edit one of the above mentioned files and add 
the following statement to the file:

-Z

Another solution is to obtain the new Saber Menu software, version 5.1, 
which is specifically written for Pentium-based platforms.  To obtain this 
software release, contact your local software Reseller.
