BRAVO MS NOT RECOGNIZING ADD-IN ISA VGA CARD


PROBLEM

The Bravo MS P/60, P/75, P/90, and P/100 systems may hang during POST, not 
recognizing the add-in ISA VGA video card, when using system BIOS revision 2.0. 


CAUSE

Incompatibility between the Bravo MS sytem BIOS revision 2.0 and the add-in 
ISA VGA video card.

SOLUTION

Flash the system with system BIOS 2.01 (AST part number 905541-311).

To obtain the current BIOS, revision 2.01, do one of the following:

Contact an AST Authorized Service Center.

Contact AST Technical Support at (800) 727-1278.
