ASCENTIA 900N USING COLORADO TAPE BACKUP FOR OS/2


PROBLEM:

When using the Colorado Trakker 250 Parallel Port Tape Backup the error 
message “Interrupt not available” is received.  The Tape Backup software 
being used is OS/2 Backup version 1.10 from Colorado Memory Systems.

The DOS version of the tape backup software version 4.01 works fine.


CAUSE:

There is a compatibility problem with the software.


SOLUTION:

Customers experiencing the above problem should contact Colorado Memory 
Systems Customer Service at (970) 635-1500 to obtain an upgrade of the 
latest software version of OS/2 Backup.
