POWEREXEC NOT WORKING WITH POWERSTATIONS II OR III


PROBLEM:

The PowerExec will not recognize the PowerStations II or III when it is 
attached to one.


CAUSE:

PowerExec BIOS prior to revision 2.50 does not recognize PowerStations II 
or III.  The current BIOS revision 2.50 has been written to correct this 
issue.

SOLUTION:

Update the Flash BIOS to version 2.50, part number 905524-035.  This BIOS 
can be found on AST’s BBS (714) 727-4132. The file name is 5524035.EXE and 
is located in the “Systems” file area.
