		Premmia systems abend using Novell Netware 4.1

PROBLEM

The computer system intermittently fails with a abend error after several
days of heavy usage.   An error message isn't displayed but the note
"Processor Admin" appears on the system console.  This problem is very rare.

CAUSE

A cache module with part number 202544-002.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Two different types of cache modules can be used in these two computers
because the modules are 100% functionality equivalent.  Only one of the cache
modules has been known to exhibit the symptom and it is identified with part
number 202544-002.  The part number of  the cache module that does not exhibit
the symptom is 202518-001.

RESOLUTION

Use the cache module with part number 202518-001.  Please contact AST's
Technical Support department to request assistance regarding replacing the
cache module.
