	 TRAKKER 250 ATTACHED TO ASCENTIA 900N/910N GIVES ERROR MESSAGE 
			 WITH OS/2 BACKUP PROGRAM


PROBLEM

When using the Colorado Trakker 250 parallel port tape backup attached to an 
Ascentia 900N or 910N, the following error message appears:

"Interrupt not available"

The tape backup software being used is OS/2 Backup version 1.10 from 
Colorado Memory Systems.


CAUSE

Version 1.10 of Colorado Memory System's OS/2 Backup software is 
incompatible with the super I/O chip used to control the Ascentia's parallel 
port.  The software has been  re-written to correct this problem.

Registered owners of the Trakker 250 backup hardware should call Colorado 
Memory Systems' Customer Support at (970) 635-1500 for information on 
how to obtain the version 1.5 upgrade for their OS/2 backup software.
