         Advantage! Adventure 60XX and Microsoft Cinepak Driver  


PROBLEM

When running AST President introduction or other multimedia scripts, 
the system may halt due to GPF errors.


CAUSE

Microsoft Cinepak driver ICCVID.DRV, included in Cirrus Logic on v1.22
of the video drivers, would fail when embedded Video 1.1 for Windows 
media objects in OLE 2.0 clients were run.


SOULTION

Cirrus Logic video drivers need to be updated to release 1.24 or greater.
