                         Ascentia 950N and EasyPort III


PROBLEM

The Ascentia 950N may not boot when docked to an EasyPort III 
(part numbers 501682-001 or 501682-002).  


SOLUTION

The EasyPort III has been upgraded for compatibility with the Ascentia 950N 
system.  To obtain the upgraded EasyPort III, call Technical Support at 
(800) 727-1278 and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for the 
EasyPort III. 

NOTE: EasyPort IIIs (part numbers 501682-003 or 501682-004) include the 
upgrade and do not need to be replaced.
