       Ascentia 950N Attached To Easyport III May Hang When Lid Is Closed


PROBLEM

When an Ascentia 950N system is attached to an EasyPort III (p/n 501682-001) 
and the lid is closed, the system may hang and never suspend.


SOLUTION

Contact AST Product Support at (800) 727-1278 and request the replacement
EasyPort III, AST part number 501682-003.
