TITLE:  Advantage! 6xx/8xx Mayo Family Health
 
 
SUMMARY 
 
   The Advantage! 6xx/8xx systems may generate an error when running
   the Mayo Clinic's Family Health program.
    
   This issue affects the following systems: 501962, 501963, 501964,
   501965, 501966, 501967, 501968, 501969, 501974, 501975, and 501976.    


ISSUE 
 
   When running Mayo Clinic's Family Health which is bundled with 
   the Advantage! 6xx/8xx systems listed above, the system may 
   report the following error: 
   
      "ERROR: Failed to open animated help flic file animhelp\
       XXXXXX.flc." 
   
       or
   
      "Cannot Open File"    

 
BACKGROUND 
 
   The links for the files are pointing to the wrong location.    

 
ACTION 
 
   Delete Family Health, reinstall it from the provided CD-ROM, and 
   update the ASTWorks link file. To do so, follow the steps below.
   
   
   To delete Family Health:
   
   1. Click on the Start button.
   
   2. Go to Programs, Windows Explorer, and click to launch
      Explorer.
   
   3. Select the Mayo folder from the left side of the screen.
   
   4. Press the <Delete> key on the keyboard.
   
   5. Answer Yes to all prompts during deletion.
   
   6. Close the Windows Explorer when the deletion is 
      complete.
   
   
   To install Family Health:
   
   1. Insert the Family Health CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
   
   2. Click on the Start button.
   
   3. Go to Settings, Control Panel, and click to launch 
      Control Panel.
   
   4. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
   
   5. Click on Install to begin installation.
   
   6. Choose all the default information that appears during 
      the installation.
   
   7. When the installation is complete, exit Windows and 
      restart the computer.
   
   
   To update the ASTWORKS link:
   
   1. Click on the Start button.
   
   2. Click on Run.
   
   3. Enter the following:
   
         xcopy "c:\windows\Start Menu\programs\Mayo Clinic\ Family 
         Health.lnk" "c:\Program Files\astworks\suites\Fun & Learning"
   
   4. Click on the OK button.
   
   5. Click on the Start button.
   
   6. Click on Run.
   
   7. Enter the following:
   
         xcopy "c:\windows\Start Menu\programs\Mayo Clinic\ Family 
         Health.lnk" "c:\windows\Start Menu\ programs\fun & learning\
         Mayo Clinic\Family Health.lnk"
   
   8. Click on the OK button.
