		 Ascentia 950N Hangs In Suspend Under Windows NT 


PROBLEM

When Power Management and Max Battery are enabled in CMOS, and an 
Ascentia 950N system is running on battery, Windows NT 3.51 may hang 
when in suspend mode.  


CAUSE

Power Management is NOT supported under Windows NT 3.51.


SOLUTION

Disable any Power Management settings in CMOS for proper function of this 
operating system.  To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Press <Fn>+<F2> to enter CMOS Setup.
2. Under Battery Options, disable Max Battery and Advanced Power 
   Management.
3. Save and Exit.
4. Reboot the system.

All Ascentia 950N Systems
