TECHNICAL BULLETIN # 1476 4-2-96 = Bravo MS Re-Installing Sierra Audio Rack PROBLEM The Sierra Audio Rack Mixer may not function correctly once the user reformats the Hard Disk Drive and re-installs the software, using the diskettes created from the ASTDU utility program. After the software has been re-installed, when the user runs the Sierra Audio Rack, some options may be missing from the Sierra Mixer screen. These include the Slider Bars for the Wave, Midi, CD, Line-In, Microphone, Speaker, Treble, and Bass. CAUSE File MSMIXMGR.DLL may be missing from the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM sub-directory. . SOLUTION The file MSMIXMRG.DLL is available from AST's BBS and other on-line services. 1. Download this file and copy into the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM sub-directory. 2. Reboot the system.
