Advantage! Adventure 60xx Unable to Use "Send" Option in Microsoft Exchange


PROBLEM

The user may be unable to use the "SEND" option to FAX a document 
through Microsoft Exchange, when using Microsoft Works 3.0 in an 
Advantage! Adventure 60xx system.  


CAUSE

Microsoft Works 3.0 is not a true Message Application Program Interface 
(MAPI)-compliant. 


SOLUTION

Since MS Works 3.0 uses a Real Mode driver to communicate with other 
applications, the proper method to send a FAX is to use the "File" and "Print" 
options in the application.
