TITLE: Crystal Audio Drivers, v1.24


SUMMARY

   Customers experienced problems installing the Crystal audio drivers, 
   version 1.20, contained in the 12217033.EXE diskette.

   This issue applies to all AST systems using the Crystal CS4232 
   audio drivers.


ISSUE

   Customers experienced problems installing Crystal audio drivers, 
   version 1.20.  Version 1.20 did not leave the registry in a stable
   state.

ACTION

   The new set of Crystal CS4232 audio drivers, version 1.24 (AST part
   number 912217-034) that were released corrected the installation 
   problems.
