Format a floppy diskette using the following command: FORMAT A: /U 4. OS2_160.EXE is a self-extracting zip file. Copy it to a temporary, empty directory on the hard drive and execute the file. Once the files have been extracted, execute the following command: SW.EXE A: 5. Open the Multimedia folder by double-clicking on the Multimedia icon on the OS/2 desktop. Start the Multimedia Application Install program. The installation program shows: Crystal Audio (Pre-selected) IBM OPL-3 FM MIDI (Pre-selected) IBM MPU-401 (Not Pre-Selected) 6. Deselect IBM OPL-3 FM MIDI by clicking on the option and then pressing the [Enter] key. 7. When prompted for the number of Crystal Audio devices in your system, select 1. 8.
